How to view the stored videos on SD card ?(Non-battery Camera)

Please follow the steps:

1. Please download the PC client of “Disk Player”.

2. Insert the SD card in a card reader then connect it with a computer.

3. There will be a pop up on the computer screen: “Are you sure to format the SD card?”, Click “Cancel”. Then there will be another pop up says: “Unable to access. This volume does not contain an identifiable file system. Make sure that all requested file system drivers are loaded and the volume is not damaged”, Click “Confirm”.

4. Double left click the “Disk Player”, on the left of the player, left click once to select the date, double left click to select the channel (camera), e.g. 001 means channel (camera) 1, double left click to select the time which you want to check.
